The definitions and interpretations are as defined on
Item 1 of the IDXNET Standard Terms and Conditions.

Account is billed based on a calendar month and paid monthly in advance. If a customer terminates the Wireless service before the end of the calendar month, then the customer is still liable to pay the monthly fee for that calendar month.
For example, customer disconnects the service on March 5, 2009, customer still has to pay the monthly fee for March 2009.

For customers on a 24 month contract, if the service is terminated before the contract expires, then the termination fee will be:

$150.00 if terminated within the first 12 months

$110.00 if terminated within 12 to 18 months

$55.00 if terminated within the last 6 months
Start date of the contract is the 1st day of the following month after the activation date.
Example: activation date 15 March 2009, then start of contract is 1 April 2009.

The usage allowance on the wireless service is the total of upload and download data. For billing purposes, 1,000,000 bytes is 1 Megabyte and 1,000 Megabytes is 1 Gigabyte (GB).

We may send SMS messages to your nominated mobile phone regarding your usage. Please let us know if you do not want to receive such advice.

The warranty for the USB Modem stick and SIM card is based on "DEAD ON ARRIVAL" only. The customer must log a fault with IDXNET within seven days of receiving the USB Modem and Sim Card to be covered under this warranty. IDXNET will not provide replacement equipment to the customer until the receipt of the faulty equipment. Postage and handling fees to return the equipment to IDXNET is at the expense of the customer. There is no other warranty provided on the equipment after the seven days has elapsed

Usage allowance can not exceed more than 8GB per calendar month. Services exceeding more than 8GB in any given calendar month may be suspended.

Customer can upgrade or downgrade to any available plans within the Wireless service except for the Wireless-200MB Entry Plan. The change of plan will take effect on 1st day of the next calendar month. There is a one-off charge of $11 for the change of plan.

Wireless broadband service supplied to the customer is based on a single stand-alone computer setup. IDXNET is not able to provide support on the setup and installation if the customer is installing the Wireless service as part of a network

Customer must check the wireless coverage areas to determine if the areas where the customer intends to use the service has available coverage. The coverage can be checked at this website: www2.optus.com.au

On-site service fee if required is $220 minimum fee and includes the first hour of service, thereafter it is $110/hour. On-site service is available only in Metropolitan Sydney.

Any fault on the Wireless service must be reported to IDXNET.

IDXNET can not guarantee the performance and quality of the Wireless service as this service depends on external conditions that are not controlled by IDXNET. The service may also be interrupted from time to time and customer accepts that IDXNET is not liable for any damages or problems that may occur as a result.

Customer can not assign, transfer or re-sell the Wireless service provided by IDXNET.

The Wireless service uses dynamic IP addressing system. If customer requires a static IP, a management fee of $5/month per static IP address applies. There is also a one-off fee of $11 for every static IP address applied on the service. Static IP changes takes effect on the 1st day of the calendar month. There is no guarantee that a customer can get a static IP on the service.
